Art Tile: Solstice Meditation

Happy Holidays!

Tonight is the first day of Heliogenna for me. ( http://www.iskios.com/page82/page82.html ) I celebrate a 3-day version because I'm not able to get any time off at this time of year to do the full 9-day version.

Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice, the center of many holidays from many traditions. Whatever you celebrate, make it a merry one! I'll be back in the New Year with some new projects to share... thanks to all who've followed along!

Art Journal: Constellations

I've used this quote before, but I found a new set of constellation stamps from Hero Arts, and I just had to use it again for an art journal spread!

Art Tile: Color Wheel

Keeping with the small canvases, I picked up some 4x4 art tiles. They're supposed to be for Zentangles, but they're just as good with paint! The Art Journaler's September theme is Color, so I decided to make a color wheel. And because I've been missing my photo apps, I grunged it up a little.
